I will not mix social media popularity with success
It is a commonly seen trend that most entrepreneurs flaunt their facebook friends, twitter followers and portray them as something serious and relate them to success. Success does not count on the friends you make on facebook it is totally a different thing and you must consciously stop relating the social media popularity as the success of the startup.
I will focus on one thing at a time
Starting a company brings in a lot of enthusiasm, this might sometime diversify an entrepreneurs mindset and let him focus on many things at one time which is bad. An entrepreneur must stay focused on one thing at a time as this improves the quality of the output. Once a mission is accomplished, one can boldly chose higher targets but must not mix a lot of things at once and lose focus.
