#2 Ray Bradbury

Ray Douglas Bradbury was born on August 22. He was an American fantasy, science fiction, horror and mystery fiction writer. He wrote 27 novels and 600 short stories, best known for his dystopian novel Fahrenheit 451 (1953). And his science fiction and horror stories gathered together as The Martian Chronicles (1950) and The Illustrated Man (1951) are celebrated works. Bradbury was one of the most celebrated 20th-century American writers.

Bradbury died in Los Angeles, California, on 5 June 2012, at the age of 91, after a lengthy illness.

Keith H.S. Campbell, Ph.D was born on 23 May 1954. He was a Professor of Animal Development at the University of Nottingham, was a Scottish biologist who was a member of the team that in 1996 first cloned a mammal, a Finnish Dorset lamb named Dolly, from fully differentiated adult mammary cells.

Keith Campbell died on 5 October 2012, aged 58, from undisclosed causes.
