#4 Pranav Mistry
Head of Think Tank Team and Director of Research, Samsung Research America   

Pranav Mistry joined the Think Tank Team in early 2013, and is the one who gave life to Samsung’s idea of a smart watch. One can check e-mails, messages and receive calls using the smart watch, making it an extension of the phone.

Pranav, who was born in Gujarat, did his Master of Design from IIT Bombay before joining Massachusetts Institute of Technology to pursue Master in Media Arts. He was working as a Research Assistant at the MIT Media Lab when he got the offer from Samsung.

Head of software portfolio at BlackBerry    

Bharadwaj, a UK born Indian is the master brain behind Blackberry 10. Prior to joining Blackberry, he worked with Siemens Mobile and BenQ Mobile.

Recently, Bhardwaj gave  a warning on the company’s decision to expand gadgets other than Smartphones, saying “Tablets make no money”. Blackberry was quoted saying that, "we see the next evolution of the phone back into platform distribution. The real game is content and commerce, not hardware."
