Acquisition Details: Yatra Online bought Travelocity’s Travelguru in July 2012 to boost its hotel bookings portfolio. In January’12, the company acquired events and entertainment portal Buzzintown.com to expand its customer base by adding over 3 million registered users of Buzzintown.com. Previously, Yatra.com acquired ticket consolidator Travel Services International. In July 2011, Yatra.com acquired hotel Aggregation Company Magic Rooms offering access to a live inventory of over 3,000 hotels across India.
