#2 Nissan Evalia

The Auto Expo held at the capita this year had another high-end upcoming MPV, Nissan Evalia. It is expected to come into production very soon.

Nissan Evalia, previously referred to as NV200, will rather be a simple people mover. But it surely has features in store that are aimed at Indian market. It will be more compact with a spacious interior.

The other highlight features of this model are a tall, upright stance, a short bonnet area and sliding doors. According to the company, the arrival will be having a little more than four metres length and it will be with a wheelbase about 95 mm longer than the company’s SUV, the X-trail.

The company claims that Nissan Evalia will be having a 1.5-litre dCi turbo diesel engine. And it is hoped that the production of Nissan Evalia will start later this year in the company’s Chennai plant.
