Vedika Bhandarkar is the Vice Chairman for Credit Suisse India and the Head of the Investment Banking and Global Markets Solution. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, she was heading the investment banking operations of J. P. Morgan for eight years and was regarded as a hardcore loyalist there.

She joined Sandeep Pangal in Credit Suisse where they both headed as a Managing Director in Investment Banking Coverage. When Credit Suisse entered India, it wanted to accelerate its franchise growth in India. On this note, Vikram Malhotra, Co-Head of the Investment Banking Department, Asia Pacific at Credit Suisse said, “India is central to our strategy and we are confident that Vedika and Sandeep can build on our momentum to take the business to the next level”.
