Kaku Nakhate is the President and Country Head Bank of America Merrill Lync. She was in J. P. Morgan of 19 years prior joining the Bank of America. After joining Bank of America she said about her experience that, “I am new to corporate banking, but otherwise not much has changed. It is interesting how cultures (of the two organizations) are being married in our five branches across the country”.

She says her biggest achievement was in 2010, when she Succeeded Kevan V. Watts as India head. On being asked, what the importance of being a powerful woman is, she says, “It helps you to change and direct the firm to achieve common goals and objectives”.
