4. Pavithra Muthalagan and Divya Kymal
Age: Almost 25
Company: Joint Family Design (Logos, branding, brochures and murals)
USP: Uncluttered design

Art and talent don’t need a degree to define it and this has been proved very well by Pavithra Muthalagan and Divya Kymal. The two undergraduate classmates, who went their own ways, had stints in advertising and quit their jobs at the same time to pursuit their dreams. ‘Joint Family Design’ was started by these two friends that design logos, branding, brochures and murals.

Initially the ladies started working for friends and theaters for free to showcase their talent. Within a short span of time their talent grabbed attention. Both Pavithra and Divya are trying to spread their business and meet other people with similar talent to think something big.

5. Nikkita Talreja and Archana Ravindran
Age: Early Twenties
Company: Yukti (wedding and party planners)
USP: Fresh ideas and youthful enthusiasm

The story might be quiet similar to the Bollywood movie “Band Baja Barat” but this is a real life and not a reel life story. They already knew what they were about to do and thus just after a month of their graduation they started ‘Yukti’ in a small office, off Pantheon Road. The duo was clear about their goals and since the business was started they've done numbers of events including weddings, theme parties and corporate events. Both the ladies want to establish their brand across the country and motivate others too to chase their dreams.
