Basab Pradhan is the Senior Vice President, Head of Global Sales, Marketing and Alliances, and Member, Executive Council at Infosys.
He is responsible for shaping the Infosys field force and go-to-market to enable the company's strategy and goals.
Over two stints at Infosys, Basab has played many roles in the organization across sales, marketing, industry solutions and P&L leadership. Starting with opening the company's first sales office in the New York area in 1995, Basab has been intimately involved in the formation and growth of the offshore services industry. During his leadership as the Head of Global Sales, the company grew from US$ 400 million to US$ 2 billion.
Pradhan saw a jump of 9 per cent in his total compensation recieved during the past fiscal, which stood at $505960.
