This does not mean you doubt his every move and track his every step, no, you stay one step ahead of him and have multiple clients, more preferably ones you can depend on than the ones you cannot but never truly depend on one single client because it can cause great harm to your business both financially and psychologically.
#5 Working Casually
You may be thinking that it is my company after all so I can work at my own pace but in truth, when you are starting out you have to work twice as hard as a normal person to make the dots connect – because this is your idea, sometimes you will be working harder than your employees before you can dream of the day when you can work from home and take a break in the middle of the week.
The initial hours of work in a business is just as important as the initial funding that the business receives because these hours will lay the foundation for the future of the company.
