Zambia is one of the developing countries located in Southern Africa. In this country, most of its citizens continue to stumble in poverty, not because there are no deliberate government programmes to improve their standard of living, but because of the sheer greediness and selfishness exhibited by public officials who were entrusted with huge resources to serve the masses.
