9. South Sudan:
A new nation like South Sudan is building some of its institutions from the very start itself. Its core administrative structures and mechanisms of political representation are just beginning to emerge. As such, the government is still struggling to provide basic services for the majority of the population. Since its independence in the year 2011, it is the high inflation that has been adversely affecting the economy, leaving the country still undeveloped. And also industry and infrastructure in this landlocked nation remain limited, daunting prohibitive costs on the procurement and delivery of relief items and other operational activities.

8. Pakistan:
Pakistan, a rapidly developing country has been considered as a dangerous nation to work since decades. This is mainly attributed to the high presence of terrorist groups like Al-Qaeda and Taliban actively operating in and around the country. In 2008, over 60 suicide bombings killed more than 1,000 people. Not just this, even most of the work environment remains unhealthy with limited safety amenities for the workers. Pakistan also remains one of the most dangerous countries in the world for the fourth estate i.e. journalism as it hinders from delivering independently. In 2013, 7 reporters were killed in the line of duty.
