It is a crown that is made of diamonds and emeralds and it was commissioned by German prince Guido Henckel von Donnersmarck. In 1900, he presented this beautiful tiara to his second wife Katherine.

Records show that Eugine, the wife of emperor Napoleon 3 also owned this piece at one point of time.

This crown is embellished with diamonds and 11 polished emeralds which are worth 500 carats. Emerald and diamond tiara was sold at $12.3 million in Sotheby's auction at Geneva.

7. Unmounted heart-shaped diamond

Place: Christie's, Geneva

A heart shaped diamond which weighs 56.15 carats which are cut from the Cullinan Diamonds, which is now a part of Britain's Crown Jewel collection.

The significance of the carat weight clarity and colour accompanied with the perfection of the cut makes this stone one of the most noteworthy heart shaped diamonds to be offered at auction in the last 15 years” said Jean- Marc Lunel, head of Christie's, Geneva’s jewelry department.
