10 Hidden Tricks On Your Android Device

#5 Monitor Data Use

It becomes crucial to monitor your data usage because if you run out of data plan, it may drain your mobile currency out. Go to Settings > Data usage to see how much data each of your apps is using. You can program your phone to warn you when you're approaching a high amount of data use and stop you altogether when you reach a certain limit. If you are using the older versions of the android like Froyo, Gingerbread and Honeycomb, you can get the same function by installing an app called Onavo Count from Google Store.

#4 Capture Your Screen

If you want to take the screen shot of something interesting that you came across while browsing, or of confirmation of the bill you paid online, just hold power button and lower volume key at same time. The screenshot should automatically be stored to your gallery.
