Bhabha Bungalow
Bhabha Bungalow, the famed residence of Dr. Homi J Bhabha is currently up for purchase. However National Centre for Performing Arts, the present custodian of the iconic mansion has blocked the bungalow at a jaw dropping amount of 1,12,718 per sq ft. The property located in the south Mumbai's Malabar Hills was the residence for the father of India's atomic energy until his death at 1966 and is now coated a reserve price of Rs 257 crore.
Gulistan
Mahindra Lifespace Developers bought one of the pioneer properties in 2011 for a hefty amount of 270 crore. Gulistan was were Anand Mahindra grew up, however he was a tenant there as the bungalow was owned by Orbit Corporation. Located on south Mumbai's Nepean Sea Road the three-storey mansion has 13,000 square feet of carpet area and might be redeveloped as reported by Economic Times.
