India's Bigwigs Who Own Houses In Lutyen's Zone

Sanjay Singal, the chairman and managing director of Bhushan Power and Steel from Netherland embassy also owns the bungalow 4, Amrita Shergill Marg worth rs137 crore. Bhushan power was split into two because of the conflict between the brothers Sanjay and Neeraj. The company is now has a revenue of 950 million dollars. Sanjay’s house is one of the wealthiest houses in Lutyens’ bungalow zone.

An industrialist turned politician, Naveen Jindal is the proud owner of an expensive heritage bungalow which he brought for  150 crore. The bungalow is located in Lutyens’ Bungalow Zone, one among the most expensive residential locality in India. His house includes some unique featured cupboards that only he can open. This made the CBI to wait for him to come back from abroad to operate at his house regarding coal scam last year.
