#Sunil Bharti Mittal

Chairman, CEO and founder of Bharti Enterprises, Sunil Bharti Mittal Empire of more than 8,000 crore. The bungalow 19, Amrita Shergill Marg belongs to him. The house cost rs38 crore for 9,680 sq yards. It was designed by an unknown architect Sarabjeet Singh. Its features include a large garden with lush palms and an attractive English library that took two years for the completion.

#Rajan Bharti Mittal

The vice chairman and the managing director of Bharti Enterprises, Rajan Bharti Mittal also owns a house at 38 Amrita Shergill Marg, which he bought at rs156.5 crore for 3,500 sq yard.  He bought it through an auction peg. His house is very close to his Brother Sunil Bhart Mittal’s house. It was among the biggest deals of residential realty.

#Rajiv Rattan

Co-founder of India bulls Group, Rajiv Rattan is planing to buy a bungalow on the same street worth rs220 crore. The house is spread over 2,920 sq yards with 10,000 sq ft built up space. Sources informed that he may take a loan to buy the house. The house is currently under the name of Veena Kumar who lives next to the house.
