Bangalore 3rd most Affordable City to Rent 2014

Bangalore: According to the survey, Bangalore city stood at 3^rd position as the most affordable cities in India to rent and 4^th on affordable to buy, according to Artha Yantra survey based on the data of National Housing Board. The survey reveals that Bangalore is affordable than Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai as it offers rental homes within a range of 12,125. The professionals with a minimum salary range of 8-14 Lakhs revealed that the renting a home is cheaper than buying a home.  This has led to increasing of people opting to rent a home than buying a home.

In Bangalore, areas like Electronic city, Marathalli, Kormangala, Mahadevapura, Whitefield, Sarjapur and many are preferred by a lump of IT professionals due to its connectivity to prime locations and enhanced infrastructure facility.
