Bangalore 3rd most Affordable City to Rent 2014

pune rentPune: Among the eight cities, Pune has become the 2nd most affordable city to rent in India and third affordable city to buy a home. As per the National Housing Board Residential index Pune drop down the rental values and it is an affordable city for both buying and renting. A professional with annual income range up to rs 15 Lakhs is better for renting.

The rise in supply demand is the reason behind the drop down of rental values in Pune. In Pune Wakad, Kharadi, Hinjewadi, Hadapsar are some of the areas which offer affordable houses for renting. Hadapsar being as a developing locality stepped up in the list of the most affordable areas in Pune offering rental houses within a range of rs 12,000. The affordable pricing, proximity to IT cities, infra structure development and connectivity to significant commercial hotspots of the city has made Pune localities as a feasible option for professionals.
