•Manage the relationship with key internal stake holders, including business unit managers and the marketing department, to ensure the smooth running of the online marketing operations team.
•Develop a high performance team culture that is engaged and driven to deliver the operational targets and business strategy.
•Directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of orders, fielding customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
