Role Model
My role model is my previous company's founder.
He said respect subordinates ideas and there thoughts. Analyze it and You should take the right decision if its good or bad you are responsible for it. If success give credits to them failed admit it. Smart work is more effective then Hard work.

Even though you have sufficient knowledge in QA or testing domain, certification is the recognization of you knowledge. For testing many certifications are there like ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA etc..
