My current job profile
Presently Working as Delivery Program/Project Manager with Nokia Siemens Networks. My role includes End to End Delivery management of projects for multiple technical portfolios like CBC/CIE/CES/VIPT etc across the globe. This includes freezing down requirement, execution with the help of vendor till the final Acceptance from customer within the organizational KPI figures with respect to scope time and cost baselines, change management etc.

My responsibilities includes facing the regional stakeholders and directly customer , managing the vendors/Partners, handling escalations, sanity check with vendors throughput the project lifecycle.
Achieving Success and ensuring growth
I use to sit with team and discuss not only Professional but their Personal matters also ,and plan Team outings along with official stuff. Always try to solve Team issues within the team and fight for the team with Senior management. Present the Senior management view about the business pans and challenges clearly to team and take the feedback from team and present the same to Senior management. Setting clear goals and expectations for the team and define the growth path for them , provide inputs regularly to them .

Managing personal and professional life
My mantra for connecting the right dots is clear and healthy communication with all, towards senior management , customers and team. As I said I try to make personal relationships along with professional work. Also if there is some mistake happened somewhere than accepting the mistake and setting up the path for resolution as early as possible ensuring that the same mistake should be avoided in future and keep on learning from mistakes .
Advice to upcoming leaders
I advice to an upcoming management leader to Behave like you would want your employees to behave, but also understand that your role is different from that of your employees. You can distinguish yourself by paying particular attention to areas of strength, as this is where you’ll receive the greatest return for your investment. Also do keep in mind it’s better to be respected then love, Your success depends on success of others.
Tackling Grievances
I always try to kill root cause of the issue , and I found most of the time these can be handled with proper discussion , I use to have one to one meeting discussion with employee and understand his concern carefully if required involve the right stakeholder in that discussion and resolve the matter. Come out with a proper resolution unanimously and if there is some genuine issue then do share the same in an appropriate forum.

Leadership skills
Leadership skill is the essential and necessary quality a Manager should possess in order to manage different aspects of all type of resources including human and non human resources.

Leadership is not kind of dictatorship , it should be combo of many qualities like good Listener, Clear communication , Rewards and Recognition, Helping and Taking stand with team , Take Ownership etc.Person should possess all these to become a good and successful Leader.
Taking Important career decision
Most important Career Decision was to switch my job from a Government Organization to Multinational Organization. I started my career with Government organization C-DOT ( Centre for Development of Telematics) and after working for five years I decided to move to a new middle management role in Siemens Information Systems Limited which is a Private MNC.
My views on India Technical development
Its very true , we have huge technical talent in India , but be are lacking in producing innovative Technical Products in Market as Good Talent moving out of India after completion of their education because of exciting opportunities ,environment good living conditions and handsome salary packages. We need to put our serious efforts to provide all that opportunities environment in India itself and I can see there are significant improvement already happening and some are on the cards , Thanks to our government for taking such bold steps.
My inspiration
My backbone is my family , My Father influenced me most in my life, He is always a role model for me since my Childhood the way He has taken all the responsibilities and executed them successfully. My father belongs to a small village , is the only earning member of a big combined family consisting of 4 sisters and two brothers and life was too tough for him as family is struggling with lack of money , He sacrificed all his life for the family educated brothers and sisters getting them married , and simultaneously ensure that his children should continue their education even though he has to stretch all his limits. He is still stand for me and guide me in every part of my life.

Family background
I born and brought up in Aligarh ,Uttar Pradesh, India. I have one elder brother working with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited ,Kanpur and one Sister based in Jhansi. My father retired from State Bank Of India and mother is housewife.

My wife Abhilasha is a fashion designer, I have two kids ,daughter Shubhi(6 years old) and son Shubham (1 year old). We are currently based in Gurgaon Haryana.
