My role model
I have more role models in my life in different stages.
1st is my parents who placed my foundation to reach this level.

My family background
I am a married person, my wife is a housewife and we have a small little angel, she is 6 months old.
My father was a school headmaster and mother was house wife. Currently both are staying at my native place.
I have one sister who is married, she has a kid boy and settled down at Balasore in Orissa with her husband.
I have one brother, he completed his BE Tech Electrical and he is looking to start his own business.

As per I concern, I have not achieved anything for which I suppose to be proud but people around my family and village thought I have achieved lot place.

I am strong testing professional and have done different kind of testing. Always I worked for different tools and application to increase my application knowledge and same time the skills.

Thoughts on Education system of our country
In India education is strong. As per my thought if people can find their kid's interest and encourage them towards that ind of education, then they could have done extraordinary than seeing their AIM on children's career.
Important decision
My professional career. My father want's me make career in biological filed where as my interest was for technical side. This is the most important decision I have made.
Initiative to develop a country
Share their knowledge to others as much they can by choosing which way they are comfortable.

Ensuring success
In a month, when I am adding one more skill or going one step forward in my career and one personal belonging in my home , I am ensuring that I am developing.
Couple of years from now
Want to be myself on a responsible position in organization level.
But from my past experience what I learn is, you are not sure about to see yourself in couple of years. If you target professionally that you might loose something in personal and vice verse.
At least if you reached near to your goal both professional and personal then you are in good place.
