For the people who are starting their carrier ,I would prefer them to study the current technologies related magazines/books,Innovation as it is prime key factor in any industry.Other than the technical stuffs,people should also read the motivational related books so that you always keep the momentum in ups and downs of the life.

Engineers are the key innovators in most of the fields and key drivers for many applications.see the current medical field bounded with high automated technologies, most of the medical solutions are given by engineering technologies.If you take any field like banking,home,office,transport,nuclear,space etc in every other field Engineering is very essential. Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'

Government should fund and put the proper budget plan in the innovations in the Govt. areas like ADA, DRDO, BEL,BHEL and also should encourage the engineers to join such organization as every other country knows that India as a ocean of talent.Every other engineer is running behind the MNC's for money and technologies. Indian government should put up a stretch plans to grow India as a innovative technology center to come up with many technologies.

My strongest Skill

Technically - A good proficient verification and validation engineer, but still lot to learn in this area as there is no end for learning.
System Requirement understanding and traceability to the verification & validation.

Challenges faced in job

Convincing the customer with the greater technology and innovative solution. Winning the customer. This helps in building the customer relationship and increase the number of customer list which will increase the market.

My Name is Ameet S.J, Native from Gulbarga, Karnataka, have completed Engineering in Electronic & Communication.
Have total 7+ years of experience in the Automation and Aerospace industries.
My past work experience with Moog India Technology center and DUCOM instruments pvt.ltd.
Currently working with Eaton Technologies in Aerospace division.
I will be looking after the verification and validation cycle of the various aerospace subsystems/components.
Eaton technologies is in various fields like Electrical, hydraulic, truck, vehicle, aerospace and various other fields.It is an USA based company have various child companies globally

My achievement

Won a "Best Student Award" in my school level. Few professional achievements are with respect to the organizations.Have worked for many Indian government research organizations and institutions as a solution provider from one of my previous organization(As a supplier).

My advice

Please do not run behind the money after doing a real engineering. look for your individual interest in the technical filed and strive for it.

Managing professional as well as personal life

I have not yet married, and parents are living in Native and will go native to relax from the work and to get charge again, this acts as a boost for me to work again :).
