Manoj Bhargava, an Indian American behind the Multi-Billion Dollar Brand, 5-hour ENERGY made headlines early this year, by claiming to be the richest Indian in America. But recently, Bhargava gained attention for a negative reason.
A controversy arised that 5-Hour Energy is responsible for 13 deaths in the past four years; but Bhargava denied it.
The US Food and Drug Administration disclosed that it is investigating reports of five deaths that might be associated with the drink.
