Luke Pomersbach Arrested for Assaulting Indian-American Woman
New Delhi: Royal Challengers Bangalore cricketer Luke Pomersbach has been arrested by the Delhi police for molesting and her beating up her fiancee at a five star hotel.
The Indian-American woman was allegedly molested and her fiancee beaten up by Pomersbach.
Australian Pomersbach allegedly misbehaved with the woman, a US citizen of Indian origin, at the IPL party in the Maurya Sheraton Hotel on Thursday night, police said on Friday.
An argument soon broke out between the two sides and Pomersbach allegedly beat up the woman's fiancee, they said.
According to reports, Pomersbach has been charged with assaulting and outraging the modesty of a woman.
Reports state that the incident took place after the IPL 5 match between Delhi Daredevils and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the after-match party.
