He is one of the forerunners of modern day philanthropy encouraging billionaires around the world to give part of their wealth to help the cause of eradicating poverty around the world.

Another thing which fascinates Gates is Porsche. He has a good collection of different Porsche models like the 911 Carrera, Porsche 930, and the Porsche 959 coupe. He is a man who loves speed and hence has a collection of cars that can kick up to 60 miles per hour in five seconds.

Travis Kalanick: The CEO and Founder of Uber, a transportation cab service company is the newest addition to the billionaire club who lives a modest life. He owns almost 10 percent of share in the company, which means he could receive at the least of about $2 billion, putting him in the billionaires club. It is reported that Travis still travels in Uber car service, and doesn’t own a car.

He is stirring controversies with his views on self driving cars, saying “I love [self driving cars] all day long,” he said. “The Uber experience is expensive because it’s not just the car but the other dude in the car. When there’s no other dude in the car, the cost [of taking an Uber] gets cheaper than owning a vehicle.”
