Line is a Japanese app for instant messaging, file sharing, stickers and video chat on smartphones and personal computers. 
Line users can make free VoIP calls, and hold free audio or video conferences at fixed monthly charges.
For different countries, specific credit plans are given; say for calling a landline in the U.S. costs 1 credit i.e. Rs 0.60 per minute and 2 credits for mobiles. Whereas for calling China will costs you 2 credits for both landlines and cell phones.
