Google Releases Youtube Music For Android & iOS Users


 BANGALORE: Google announced that although Youtube Music app still  remains as a standalone services, if users show signs towards subscription of  You Tube Red also known as the ad-Free YouTube , they will have to pay 10$ on a monthly basis to enjoy extra benefits, this is also available to iPhone users, reports India Today.

T Jay Fowler, YouTube's director for product management said "We want to do even more to support artists and all the fans that turn to YouTube to discover music, so we're making the experience even better with a brand new YouTube Music app. With YouTube Music, you'll get a completely new type of experience, designed to make discovering music on YouTube easier than ever". 

Presently the app has already been released in U.S. however there is now news on when it will be available in India. Likewise similar service that offers songs, Google Music, was globally released three years ago, it is yet to make an entry India.

Although many have been sited that the launch has come out late, the You Tube Music is more likely to be a success as the video streaming site YouTube, is already regarded as one of the most popular global services in context to streaming music.

"You can also amplify your experience with a YouTube Red membership. With YouTube Red, you'll get to experience all that the Music app has to offer without ads. You'll also have the ability to listen to music offline and seamlessly switch between video or audio-only And also be able to hear any video play, even when you're in another app or have your screen turned off," added  Fowler.

The YouTube Music was released the very next day after Apple had purchased its Music app to Android. Nonetheless, the approach by both parties Apple Music and YouTube Music is poles apart. Apple Music intends to simplify the services for consumers to easily stream music as well as buy songs from a well-curetted range. YouTube Music on the other hand is using the millions of already uploaded songs to the service.
