8 Good Things Done By Hacker 'Terrorist' Group Anonymous


Bangalore: Anonymous, the (in)famous hacker group who raise havoc online, often make big government and organization crib like  toddlers. Some have even debated whether their extra-legal protests should be labeled terrorist acts.

In January this year the U.S. Justice Department's Sentencing Commission site was defaced. The website which usually contains sentencing guidelines for federal crimes instead displayed a 10-minute video and written copy, “two weeks ago today, a line was crossed. Two weeks ago today, Aaron Swartz was killed. Killed because he faced an impossible choice. Killed because he was forced into playing a game he could not win - a twisted and distorted perversion of justice - a game where the only winning move was not to play.” It was Anonymous’ protest against the suicide of Aaron Swartz, the internet activist.
