2. Paul Jacobs, Qualcomm,

Next in the list is Paul Jacobs the present executive chairman of Qualcomm, responsible for helping guide the development of new technologies and Qualcomm’s long-term opportunities.

Paul Jacobs has been CEO of Qualcomm since 2005. He previously worked as the Group President of Qualcomm Wireless and Internet Group from 2001. Jacobs started with the company as an engineer in the wireless technology development group in 1990.

3. Brad Smith, Intuit

Brad Smith became the president and CEO of Intuit in 2008. Smith served as general manager and vice president of Intuit's Business Division before becoming CEO. After being appointed to this position, Smith has overseen the company's small business division that included the portfolio of QuickBooks, Quicken and Payroll products.

Before moving to QuickBooks, Smith directed the Intuit’s Consumer Tax Group in San Diego. Smith also served various roles in marketing, sales and general management positions with Seven-Up, PepsiCo and Advo.
