Placed in the 15^th position on the Bloomberg’s list of internet speeds, the UAE offers the fastest internet speeds compared to the other Arab nations. It offered an average peck speed of 36 mega bits per second, which mounts up to a global average of about 17.9 Mbps. According to the reports on the Emirates 24/7 in 2013, UAE had already installed cables which can deliver internet speeds up to 1Gbps where a user can download big movie files within seconds.

# Sweden

The home of the well known company ‘Ericsson’, has reached the internet peak speed of 33.1 mega bits per second. Reaching a global average of 17.9 Mbps, the speed count is much slower by 1.9 percent in the last year’s quarter speed test but shows a 23 percent increase compared to the whole last year’s report.
