Zepto Pass won 1 Mn subscribers, will it break the record of Swiggy Instamart?

An app based Next-door Quick Commerce platform, Zepto reached a milestone of exceeding 1 million subscribers for Zepto Pass within a week after its official launch. Zepto pass is a membership program for their users.

Sharing his overwhelming happiness on this milestone in his social media platform X, Aadit Palicha, Chief Executive Officer, Zepto says, "The energy at Zepto feels just like the early days, and I've never been more excited about our company's momentum and strength of execution."

Zepto pass presents unlimited offers such as free deliveries for orders above 99 and discount of up to 20 percent based on the value of the order. Users can opt all of these offerings & services with paying just 99 per month. Within the launch of Zepto Pass, Zepto becomes the second largest quick commerce company that provides amazing subscription benefits for their users next to Swiggy Instamart.  

At the same time as some Zepto users are being offered with amazing discounts for their orders up to 299, while the charges for others is 699. Adding to this, Zepto offers many services at an initial cost of 19 for its Zepto pass holders.

On this regard, Devendra Meel, Head & Vice president of strategy, Zepto Pass said, “Over the discount threshold, we are offering prices comparable to discounted offline grocers like DMart, the threshold is determined by a number of user behavior metrics that will make it tailor-made for individual users”.
