You barely find startups that insist on strict formal dress codes, leave policies, minutes at a meeting and the entire cliché atmosphere. Majority of them are lenient and cool with employees coming in a casual attire like t-shirts and jeans.

Another interesting perk is that you are spared from attend any boring meetings at every level. And people who work with you are friendly and helpful and one can hardly find any deception while working.
