Premium Indian Startups Pay 1 Crore To Tech Talents


The urgency to hike the salaries in crore is not some luring tactics or tying practice of the senior employees to their companies but it’s the need of hour to sustain and compete with the U.S. companies.

According to Abhay Singhal, co-founder of InMobi, "I don't think startups are fuelling wage inflation. New-age companies need different talent and caliber to make that big shift happen. We pay more than Indian IT services companies, but we offer competitive salaries, on a par with Google and Facebook," reports The Times of India. 

Though the current wage inflation is dynamic and will motivate the employers towards better work and better atmosphere and better standard of living, at the same time, the wage inflation will become a matter of serious concern for the startups that have not raised much capital.
