Union Minister of state Jitendra Singh informs that India has become a premium hub of startups with 300 fold growth in just 10 years, which started from 350 in 2014. He said that our country is the third largest startup ecosystem globally and is home to the fastest-growing unicorns.

Jitendra Singh quoted, “For the first time in the history of independent India, Modi as PM made a painstaking and conscious effort to educate the youth of this country that employment is not confined only to a government job and he has promoted new avenues of livelihood which may be more lucrative than a government job.”

Singh also mentioned that, PM Narendra Modi has ushered the growth of space research sector and other technology based sectors. PM Modi’s startups initiatives have encouraged the young people in the country to explore better and new avenues. His excellent leadership potential has helped to generate a diversified job opportunities for Indian youths.

Singh also highlighted the government’s initiatives for opening up the traditionally conservative space sector, leading to significant advancements like the successful Chandrayaan-3 mission that landed on the Moon and the Aditya L1 solar mission, which is now studying the Sun.

He quoted, "India has literally reached for the moon and beyond with the twin feats of Chandrayaan-3 and Aditya L1 solar mission in the last year alone.”

He also said that, after the privatization of the spacetech sector, it has witnessed an immense growth which is reflecting the success of Modi’s forward-thinking decisions across various sectors such as space, roads, infrastructure, and electronics-communication.

India’s boundless economic growth has moved it from 11^th place to 5^th largest economy and it is set to grow further. Singh stressed on India's trajectory to become the 3rd largest economy during PM Modi's third term and the top economy by 2047.

Singh commented, "In less than ten years, we jumped to 5th position. Hopefully this year it will emerge as the 4th largest economy and during PM Modi's 3rd term, India will be the world's 3rd largest economy, marching on to become the no 1 economy by 2047."

Singh told that youth is the centre of focus of the Modi government through empowerment of the "Amrit-Peedhi”.So, the government’s sole focus is on empowering the youth of India for further growth.
