Bitrix24 is free online collaboration software which provides tools for document sharing, tasking, email and project management. These tools are linked in a social-media style environment merging the user profiles, by liking it, commenting on them, chatting, and allows content sharing too.

Bitrix24 is available as a cloud or self-hosted service and comes with a desktop app for video calls, messaging and file sync. The application can be downloaded for iOS and Android devices too.

Remember the Milk is an application service provider for Web-based task- and time-management. It enables users to manage tasks from a computer or smartphone and allowing you do it both online and offline ways. It was developed in 2004 and the app allows users to create multiple task lists, added tasks which can be edited along with locations.

It also has an integrated Google Maps allowing users to save commonly used locations too. Tasks can also be organized by tags, which can be postponed and also inform users of the number of times a given task has been postponed.
