EC-Council allots $3.5 million Fund to Up-skill New-age Cyber Keeners
An International leader in Cybersecurity education & training & the inventor of globally-certified Ethical Hacker credential, EC-Council publicizes the restoration of its scholarship program CCT-Cyber Security Technician with the fund inducement of $3.5 million for the year 2024 which brings the overall fund allocation of the program to $7 million. 
This scholarship program intends to identify the crucial scarcity of trained & skilled professionals in cybersecurity sector by supporting a new-age cyber enthusiasts & technicians armed with inclusive real-time skills. 
The initiative launched in the month of March 2023 with an initial investment of $3.5 million. Followed by receiving irresistible response & fascinating diverse applications from 170 countries approximately, the global scholarship program underscored an international demand for cybersecurity proficiency & aims to make sure a various cohort with diverse perspectives needed for attempting the cyber-threats efficiently.
As 72 percent of the recipients for the scholarship program fall under the age group 18 to 34, the initiative readies to support the upcoming generation of cybersecurity professionals. To mention precisely, 57 percent of the applicants are spotted as the job seekers in the sphere of cyber security with more than half of the selected candidates chosen the CCT as stepping certification to start their career & business in cybersecurity.
The program was intended to back the high-school students, university students, startup enthusiasts & working experts seeking to mark their footprints or develop within the domain of cybersecurity.
