Zodius Advisors Rasies Fund From Rajan Pai and K. Ganesh


Mumbai: Zodius Advisors, a Mumbai-based Company developing India-centric digital businesses, has raised fund from Rajan Pai, co-founder of an investment fund, and CEO of Manipal Education and Medical Group;  and K.Ganesh, serial entrepreneur and Founder, Tutor Vista Global. Both Pai and Ganesh will join the advisory board of Zodius.

Founded in 2011 by Neeraj Bhargava, Zodius Advisors develops businesses in the new Digital India. It partners with entrepreneurs to craft and build valuable, reputed and market-defining digital businesses that will carve a niche for themselves in the digital media. Zodius is a holding company that has previously invested in Group FMG and BluFin.

Bhargava was formerly the co-founder of BPO firm, WNS, which he led to a successful IPO at the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to that, he was also the Managing Partner of venture fund, eVentures India, and a Partner at McKinsey and Company. The Zodius founding team includes Shilpa Kulkarni, Anuraag Srivastava and Amar Shah. Gautam Patel, former MD of Battery Ventures India has also earlier joined the company’s team.
