PM Modi's 'Start-Ups' Campaign: All You Need To Know


BENGALURU: The latest career trend in India shows that higher number of young aspirants have shown substantial amount of interest in entrepreneurship, rather than possessing a white collar job in the multinational companies.

Hence, the country is booming with the rise of startups, apprehending this, Prime Minister (PM) Modi announced ‘Sartup India, Stand up India’ an initiative to support and supplement the startup growth in the country.

India:

India is the third largest startup market in the world, it recently took over Israel on the third spot and now ranks after U.S. and UK. Relatively, by the end of 2014, country’s startup funding was estimated around $2.2 billion. Furthermore,  Bengaluru alone with more than 500 startups stands as the startup capital of the country is followed by the Mumbai and the NCR.
