Micar Launches Car Sharing Club In Delhi


BANGALORE: MiCar has announced the launch of its operations in the national capital, providing hire car letting services to customers.

The company is offering membership-driven car booking that gives much discounted rates, as opposed to walk-ins, a statement issued here said.

"MiCar envisages to provide members an improved and comfortable commute," the company said in the statement.

In the first phase of operations, the corporate has introduced cars in each of the three specified classes -- compact, sedan and sports utility vehicle (SUV) -- within its fleet of 50 cars.

"There may be a vast untapped marketplace for car sharing that is still at a really emerging stage. Through our venture, we want to make a new sharing economy that gives hassle-free driving," said Suyagya Aggarwal, co-founder and director MiCar.

The company has also introduced an avid mobile application for creating the booking procedure easy.
