Instamojo, a Mumbai based startup that allows users on its website to buy and sell digital files, by making it simple in the form of a link raised capital from Dave McClure’s 500 startups. The details of the funding remain undisclosed but Paul Singh and Pankaj Jain from 500 startups have joined the investor list, reports MediaNama.com.

Founded by Sampad Swain, Harshad Sharma and Akash Gehani, Instamojo is a simple one click process to buy and sell digital files which can include photos, reports, templates, tutorials, music, videos and codes. It lets a user to upload the file with a price and this process would give a link that can be shared on social networking sites for promotion.
