Kevin Plank is an American CEO and Founder of Under Armour, a leading manufacturer of sports performance apparel, footwear and accessories. The 23-year old former special teams captain of the University of Maryland football team noticed that the cotton T-shirts he and his teammates wore underneath their pads were always soaked and heavy with sweat. That’s when he decided to start the apparel line manufacturing in his grandmother’s basement in Washington, DC. He made T-shirt built from microfibers that absorbed moisture and kept athletes cool, dry, and light.

Jeff Bezos is the Founder and CEO of Amazon.com. As a child, Jeff Bezos showed interest in electrical machines and set up a laboratory in his parent’s garage. He was keen to know how things worked. In high school, he started his first business, the Dream Institute, an educational summer camp for fourth, fifth and sixth graders. He was responsible in transforming Amazon from an online bookstore to a retailer and business ser­vices provider.
