This American software company has its 50pct engineering output donated to Apache-licensed open source projects which combine to form Hadoop platform. The important products of this 2008 company are Cloudera Enterprise, Cloudera Express and CDH. While the first two are charged a subscription fee and the latest is free. These are means of storing data in low cost where companies like Intel are investing keeping the scope of growth of the company in preview.
