#1.Hart Main

At the age of 14, Hart Main from Marysville in central Ohio launched his own line of scented candles meant for men in a recycled soup can, with fragrances that include bacon, Coffee, Fresh Cut Grass, Campfire, New York-style pizza, Grandpa's Pipe, sawdust, Dirt and the smell of a fresh leather baseball mitt. He came up with the idea of manly scented candles when he was making fun of his sister for selling candles with girly scents for a school fund-raiser. Main put $100 of his own money into the venture and his parents put in about $200. The candles sell for $5, but his cost is about $2.50 per can. Today, ManCans candles are in over 60 stores across the country and have sold about 9,000 units. Main will stick with selling ManCans' inventory until he has to shift his focus back into school in the fall.

#2.Charlotte Fortin

Charlotte a young high school graduate has opened her own women's clothing store called, Wound Up in the heart of Belle River's business district in an old renovated building. The store's merchandise includes blouses, shorts, skirts, dresses, chic sweaters, pants, hats and glasses.  Her family has been very helpful in her business and her Dad even co-signed her loan. Charlotte has a ton of clothing from California and has more new stock coming in very often.
