6. Chincha
Chincha is a fermented or non-fermented beverage derived from maize. The main ingredients of the beverage include corn beer also known as chincha de jora and the non –alcoholic component is chinchas morada. The other varieties of fruits used to prepare chincha are manioc roots, grapes, and apples.
