Sojat City
This city is widely known for its henna production as it constitutes over 90 percent of the countries annual production of henna and exported to over 130 countries. Therefore is also called as Mehandi Nagri. Sojat is located in the Pali district of Rajasthan. In ancient times, Sojat was known as the Tamravati nagri. Other than the mehendi farms, the town is also known for the Sojat fort located at the top of hillocks. There are several temples like Chaturbhuj and Sejal Mata and a big reservoir in the fort. The Chamunda Mata temple located at one of the hillocks is visited by many tourists.
