Bombay biryani:

A must have, apart from the world famous vada-pav (Obviously!) The Bombay biryani, be it vegetarian or non-vegetarian, have one thing common - potatoes. It is the base of the biryani. Cooked in layers, it is a mixture of half cooked basmati rice and well cooked meat.

Classic Chicken biryani:

The classic chicken biryani is cooked from small chunks of chicken or rooster that are sautéed in a generous mixture of Indian spices. A common dish throughout the country, it is the favorite and also features amongst the top of the list for most non-vegetarians in the country.
