Between 1992-98, Vinay was associated with his family business- Sah and Sanghi in automobile dealerships, in 1999, the highly fragmented used car industry prompt him to incubate Mahindra First Choice along with M&M. Under his leadership, First Choice becomes the preference for the buyers looking for second hand cars.

In 2009, when E-commerce was at its peak in the country,Sanghi decided to give up his job at First Choice and incubate Cartrade.com. Sanghi felt that people who would like to buy a new or used car but finds it difficult to locate the dealer; Cartrade will help them to find the best choice for such people.

CarTrade.com is an online platform that enables car transactions between consumers and dealers. Over 70 percent of consumers use the internet when buying or selling a new or used car. CarTrade.com offers various services to these consumers which allow them to buy and sell new and used cars with trust and confidence.
