The Story of My Experiments with Truth: Mahatma Gandhi

The author does not require an introduction, since, he is recorded on the pages of the Indian history as the Mahathma and the name ‘Gandhi’ itself is regarded as the ‘word of peace’ in India. Writing about the book, it is based on the human science comprised of experiments made on the truths and the peace. The book comprehensively reflects the importance of truth and peace to the mankind.

The Diary of a Young Girl: Anne Frank

The book is a sheer example of innocence describing the viciousness during the time of World War II, hence the book is considered to be the Bible of the time. The autobiography is written by a young girl called Anne Frank, who was 13 years old when she started writing her diary.

Anne, along with her family  fled to Holland as a consequence of Nazi hatreds towards the Jews. Anne and her family hid in an old building in Amsterdam for two years and during the period of concealing, she recoded her struggles and  insights on the cruel acts of the Nazi. The book ends, soon after her 15th  birthday and most of the letters in the diary are addressed to ‘KITTY,’ who is unknown till date.
